4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Coverage

We deliver orders all across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Orders within Lahore are usually delivered within 1 business day, while deliveries to other cities may take approximately 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery Charges

A shipping fee of Rs.179 applies to orders below Rs.2000. Orders above Rs.2000 qualify for free delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared with you after your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so our team can assist you.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

If an incorrect item was delivered from our side, we will arrange a free pickup service. If the delivered item matches your order but you still wish to exchange it, Rs.250 exchange charges will apply.

Exchanges

Products that arrive damaged or defective can be exchanged free of cost within 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved returns will receive online store credit equal to the value of the returned product.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and updated information while placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Website Usage
