Exchange

We accept exchange requests for products that are unused, unopened, and still have their original tags attached. The item must also be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, along with the original packaging if applicable.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 07 days after receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect the product and review your request. After verification, we will contact you to confirm that your request is being processed.

If your request is approved, an online store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it with a new item delivered to your doorstep.

Return Shipping

After sending your exchange request through kidsjoy.pkofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 3717004762:

If the wrong item was sent from our side, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep without any delivery charges.

If the correct item was delivered according to your order but you still wish to exchange it, you will need to pay only Rs.250 as exchange service charges for doorstep pickup. You may also send the parcel back yourself if preferred.

After receiving the item, we will either issue online store credit or process the refund for the product amount only.

Product Exchange Limitations

At kidsjoy.pk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, the following conditions apply for exchanges:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be exchanged.
  • If an exchange is approved during a sale period, the current sale price will be considered final.
  • The product must be unused and in proper resellable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain attached and undamaged.
