kidsjoy.pk proudly delivers products all over Pakistan. Wherever you are located, we make sure your favorite kids’ clothing reaches your doorstep safely.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Lahore

Orders placed before 2 PM are generally delivered on the same day.

Other Cities

Orders for other cities are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to rural or remote locations may require additional time.

Please note that delivery timings can occasionally be affected during busy seasons, public holidays, or unexpected weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders below Rs.1500 will be charged a flat delivery fee of Rs.190.
Orders above Rs.1500 are eligible for free shipping across Pakistan.
The final shipping amount will always be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours during working days from Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive tracking information through email so you can monitor your shipment status easily.

7. Delivery Related Issues

In case of delayed delivery or any shipping problem, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier company and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

8. Packaging

We carefully pack all orders to help ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance.

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost or marked delivered but not received, kindly inform us within 7 days from the expected delivery date. Our team will investigate the matter with the courier service and try to resolve it promptly.
